RUN4SPORTS is a training project directed towards athletes from different sports, who understand the importance of improving their running levels and/or improve their training at the physical condition components addressed for their sport.
Trough the RUN4SPORTS project it will be possible for athletes to improve their sports performance by developing different conditional capabilities directed to the characteristics of their sport conditions.
Besides the improvement of the competitive performance, we intend to reduce or nearly nullify the possibility of sports injuries and accelerate the recovery process after an injury.
If you live outside of Oporto or even outside of Portugal and you intend to develop this kind of training for a period of days or weeks, we are able to organize an individualized solution. You only need to contact us!
